Prompt, courteous service on a personal basis is always available from every department at Southland. You will deal with people who understand the advance funeral planning business and its place in funeral service.

Our customers are important to us. All applications are processed as quickly as possible (over 95% within three days!) and most claims are paid within three business days.

As part of our customer service plan, we provide an updated policy listing to all of our agents on a monthly basis. This listing contains pertinent information on every policy that you have placed with Southland. This listing includes the current face amount for each contract in force.

In addition to our usual high levels of customer service, available for those who call or e-mail us, we also have a network of Regional Managers who work with our funeral home customers on an individual basis. Our Regional Mangers are experienced professionals and are always available to assist you in all aspects of your pre-need efforts.
